Section 01

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Our Subscriptions

We curate two premium self-care subscription boxes, The Zen Bloom Box and The Zen Collection Wellness Box. When you subscribe, you receive repeat deliveries based on the plan you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and charged in advance of each shipment.

Subscribing

By subscribing you agree to the subscription fee for the goods delivered during the term you select. Payments are collected in advance of each box. If you sign up on September 15, you'll receive the October edition of the box.

If you receive an introductory discount, a free electric wax warmer plus warranty, a bonus box or any other free gift with a 6 or 12-month subscription, this reflects a commitment to the full term. A minimum of 5 or 11 additional payments (depending on your plan) are due before the commitment is complete.

Renewal

Renewals are charged at the standard rate. Promotional codes used at initial signup do not transfer to renewal fees. Auto-renewal is not refundable if a cancellation request was not received before the renewal date. Your subscription is continuous and will automatically bill for a new period of the same length (1, 6 or 12 months) unless cancelled before your final payment date of the initial commitment.

Cancellation Terms

Monthly plan, no commitment term. You may pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account dashboard, or by email, by the 10th of the month. Requests received after the 10th apply to the following renewal.

6 or 12 month plans, these are full-term commitments because they include high-value bonuses (free electric warmer, warranty, deep discounts). Two paths:

  • Completion of Term , your cancellation takes effect at the end of the agreed period. You'll be billed for and shipped every remaining box. After fulfilment your subscription will not renew.
  • Early Termination , a one-time fee of $165.99 CAD (plus applicable taxes) applies. This covers the retail cost of your complimentary warmer and welcome discounts. In lieu of the fee, you may return the warmer in original packaging and like-new condition; once received and inspected, the fee may be waived at our discretion. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Examples. If you sign up for a 12-month plan and have paid for 8 boxes, you'll be charged for the remaining 4 before the subscription finishes. If you sign up for a 6-month plan and have paid for 1 box, you'll be charged for the remaining 5.

Automatic Renewal of Commitment Plans

At the end of a 6 or 12 month commitment, plans roll into a month-to-month subscription unless a cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle.

How to Manage Your Account

Log in at checkout.ecoluxuryspa.com/account. From there you can update billing or shipping, switch scent preferences ("Update Choices"), add 20%-off add-ons that ship free with your next box, or cancel a monthly plan. Changes received after the 10th apply to the following month.

Section 02

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of $7.99 CAD applies to every monthly Zen Box within Canada. Prepaid 6 and 12 month bundles include several months of free shipping (see your bundle for details).

Shipping Schedule

Boxes ship between the 26th and 30th of every month. Your first box ships on this schedule based on when you subscribe (sign up before the 15th to receive that month's edition).

Tracking is emailed as soon as your box leaves the studio. Mail carriers are working hard, occasional delays happen, and we appreciate your patience.

Need a Different Cadence?

On a 6 or 12 month plan and need to slow down? We can ship every other month instead. Email hello@ecoluxuryspa.com with your account info and we'll take care of it.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your box is damaged on arrival, please email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. Lost shipments are handled case-by-case with the carrier.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Subscription and Privacy policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict their use of the site, or breach any applicable laws.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to adjust pricing for future renewal periods with reasonable notice.

Product Information

We work hard to accurately represent every product, but minor variation in colour, scent profile or styling between batches is part of the handcrafted nature of our work. Box contents are curated by season and may change.

Exchanges & Refunds

We'll happily exchange any candle or wax melt that doesn't work for you, in original condition, within 7 days of receiving your box. Personalised or opened consumables are not eligible for refund. The Bloom Guarantee covers any quality issue, just reach out.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, images, graphics, logos and product photography, is the property of Eco Luxury Spa Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eco Luxury Spa Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Please follow the candle care instructions provided with every order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Section 04

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you subscribe or contact us we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, scent preferences and order history. Payment information is processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners, we never store full card numbers.

How We Use It

To fulfil and ship your orders, manage your subscription, send shipment updates and occasional curated content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers we need to deliver your box (carriers, payment processors, email tools). We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data anytime by emailing hello@ecoluxuryspa.com. We respond within 30 days.
